THE COLLECTIVE
You already know what you “should” be doing.
Let's help you actually live it.
For the overwhelmed mom who has read the books, saved the nervous system posts, downloaded the meditations, and knows she needs to slow down...
but still finds herself snapping, scrolling, pushing through, and wondering why knowing better hasn't made it easier to livedifferently.
Together, we'll help you understand what's happening underneath your patterns, learn the language of your body, and build the capacity to choose what actually supports you, even in the middle of real motherhood.
JOIN THE COLLECTIVEIs this you?
-
- You know scrolling doesn't actually make you feel better... but somehow your phone is still the first thing you reach for when you finally get a minute alone.
- You know rest matters... but the second you stop, your brain starts listing everything you should be doing instead.
- You know the breathing techniques, the parenting tools, maybe even the nervous system language... but accessing any of it when you're already overwhelmed feels completely different.
- You love your kids fiercely... but sometimes the noise, touching, questions, whining, and constant need for you become more than your system can hold.
- You genuinely care about your wellbeing... but caring for yourself has somehow become another thing you're supposed to be doing better.
Girl, I have been there. And there is absolutely no judgment here.
You need support turning what you already know into something you can actually live.
Because the problem isn't that you haven't learned enough.
There's a gap between knowing what supports you and being able to access that support when you're tired, overstimulated, touched out, running late, carrying the mental load, or standing in the kitchen while two tiny humans simultaneously need seventeen different things.
That gap isn't a character flaw.
And it isn't solved by trying harder.
Inside The Collective, we'll get curious about what's happening there.
Together, we'll move from:
knowing → understanding → embodying
so caring for yourself becomes less about remembering the “right” thing to do and more about building a relationship with yourself that you can actually rely on.
THIS IS ME, IM IN
Inside The Collective, you'll learn how to...
- understand the signals your body is already sending you
- recognize your patterns before you reach your breaking point
- notice what happens underneath the snapping, scrolling, pushing, and shutting down
- choose practices based on what you actually need...not what you think you should need
- build more capacity for the inevitable pressure of real life
- respond to yourself with curiosity and compassion instead of criticism
- create nourishing rhythms that fit your actual season of motherhood
- trust yourself through the moments that don't go according to plan
Not perfectly.
Not every time.
But more often.
And with a way back when you don't.
SAY LESS, IM IN!My Philosophy
I don't believe moms need another morning routine or more discipline.
Or another person telling them to meditate, exercise, drink water, set boundaries, get eight hours of sleep, and put their phones down.
Most of us already know.
The question I'm more interested in is:
Why is it so hard to do what we already know supports us?
That's where this work begins.
Instead of piling more information onto an already overloaded system, we slow down enough to understand you.
Your patterns.
Your capacity.
Your physiology.
Your rhythms.
Your stressors.
Your environment.
Your nourishment.
The ways you've learned to cope when life feels like too much.
And the personal evidence your body gives you every single day.
Because there isn't one perfect way to nourish yourself.
What supports you today may not be what supports you tomorrow.
The goal isn't to become a perfectly regulated mother who never snaps, scrolls, shuts down, or gets overwhelmed.
The goal is to know yourself well enough that when life knocks you out of rhythm...
you know how to come back.

The OM Collective
FOUR MONTHS OF SUPPORT FOR TURNING WHAT YOU KNOW INTO A LIFE YOU CAN ACTUALLY LIVE.
Over four months, you'll be held inside a high-touch experience designed to help you understand yourself more deeply, build capacity for real life, and develop practices and rhythms that genuinely support you.
You'll receive education, coaching, embodied practices, personalized exploration, and a community of women doing this alongside you.
Not another formula to follow.
A framework for understanding yourself.
WEEKLY COACHING + CONVERSATION
Real conversations about real motherhood.
Bring what's actually happening right now, the snapping, resentment, exhaustion, scrolling, guilt, decision fatigue, relationship tension, or the feeling that you're somehow doing everything and still falling behind.
We'll get curious about what's underneath it and explore the next best way to support you.
No judgment. No gold stars for being the most regulated person in the room.
Just compassionate support, education, and practical application.
Movement • Breath • Rest
Practices aren't helpful if you can't use them in your actual life.
You'll explore movement, breathwork, somatics, restorative practices, mindfulness, and rest while learning something even more important:
how to recognize which practice might support you right now.
Some days you may need five minutes of movement.
Some days you may need to lie on the floor.
Some days you may need a long exhale.
Some days you may need lunch.
We're learning to listen before automatically prescribing.
Your Nourishment Menu
Instead of one perfect wellness routine, you'll create a flexible menu of ways to support yourself.
Movement. Breath. Food. Rest. Connection. Sensory support. Ritual. Play. Space.
You'll begin collecting personal evidence about what actually helps you so that when life feels like too much, you aren't starting from scratch.
You have somewhere to return.
The Functional Wellbeing Framework
Your body is communicating all day long.
Together, we'll learn to get curious about what it's saying.
Instead of immediately labeling a pattern as “bad” or trying to eliminate it, you'll learn to ask better questions:
What's happening here?
What pressure am I under?
What is this pattern doing for me?
What might I need?
What's the next supportive choice?
This is where information becomes understanding, and understanding begins to become embodiment.
A Community of Mothers
Because knowing you're not the only one changes something.
You'll be surrounded by women who understand the mental load, sensory overload, conflicting needs, interrupted sleep, invisible labor, enormous love, and occasional absolute chaos of motherhood.
Women who aren't trying to become perfect mothers.
Women learning how to support themselves through being human ones.
Instead of...
- Knowing what you “should” do but struggling to actually do it
- Snapping and immediately spiraling into guilt
- Automatically scrolling when you finally have a moment to yourself
- Pushing through exhaustion because stopping feels impossible
- Treating self-care like another item on your to-do list
- Living three steps ahead of the moment you're actually in
- Second-guessing what you need
- Feeling like every hard day means you're back at square one
You'll begin practicing...
- Recognizing what's happening before automatically reacting
- Understanding the need underneath familiar patterns
- Choosing what actually nourishes you in the moment
- Building greater capacity for stress, noise, needs, and unpredictability
- Responding to yourself with curiosity instead of criticism
- Trusting the information your body gives you
- Creating rhythms that support your real life
- Returning to yourself after hard moments without turning them into evidence that you've failed
- Being more present for the life you're already living
Real Women. Really Shifts
“
Working with Brittany was truly transformative.
Before, I felt constantly overwhelmed, stuck in the cycle of managing everything and carrying so much mom guilt.
Through her guidance, I learned how to actually support my nervous system in the moments that used to take me out.
Now, I feel calmer, more present, and so much more confident in how I show up, not just as a mom, but as myself.
The impact has touched every part of my life: my family, my work, and the way I experience my day-to-day.
I finally feel a sense of peace I didn't think was possible.

MERCEDES, mom of two
“My body and soul truly needed these sessions.
As a mom of two under 3, it's easy to feel overstimulated, tense, and lose control of any calm thoughts.
Brittany helped me to name and tame the negative thoughts and unwanted feelings.
This program is a must!”
MERCEDES — MOM OF 2
This isn't another wellness program.
It's support for living what you already know.
The OM Collective is a four-month coaching experience for overwhelmed moms who are tired of collecting more information and ready to understand themselves more deeply.
Together, we'll explore what's underneath your patterns, learn how your body communicates with you, build greater capacity for the pressures of everyday life, and create rhythms of nourishment that actually fit the life you're living.
Not so you never become overwhelmed again.
So you know how to support yourself when you do.
Your Investment
$2,000
or 4 monthly payments of $535
You're not paying for another library of information.
You're investing in four months of support as you learn how to:
• understand what's happening underneath the patterns you've been trying to change
• recognize what your body needs before everything becomes too much
• turn the practices you already know into tools you can actually access
• build capacity for the inevitable pressure of motherhood and life
• create rhythms that genuinely nourish you
• respond to hard moments without abandoning yourself afterward
• trust your own personal evidence instead of constantly searching outside yourself for the “right” answer
Because knowing more was never the whole answer.
The work is learning how to live it.
I'M READY FOR THIS!MEET YOUR GUIDE
Hi, I'm Brittany.
For a long time, I thought taking care of myself meant squeezing in a workout, eating healthy, meditating, and checking another thing off my wellness to-do list.
The frustrating part?
I knew what I was supposed to do.
I knew movement helped me, that I needed rest, that scrolling was absolutely not making me feel better, and that I couldn't keep pushing through everything for the sale of productivity.
But when life actually became overwhelming...
when my girls were crying, when I was exhausted, my thoughts wouldn't stop racing, and everyone seemed to need something from me at once...
knowing wasn't enough.
I'd scroll.
I'd stay busy.
I'd push through.
And then I'd tell myself I'd do better tomorrow.
For a long time, I thought the problem was me.
What began changing everything wasn't learning another technique.
It was becoming curious about the space between what I knew and what I could actually access.
I stopped asking only:
“What should I do?”
and started asking:
“What's happening in me right now and what do I actually need?”
That curiosity changed the relationship I had with movement, food, rest, my breath, my kids, my body
And ultimately, with myself.
Today my work brings together nervous system education, movement, breath, somatics, mindfulness, nourishment, functional wellbeing, and ancient wisdom to help women understand themselves from multiple dimensions.
But I'm not here to become another person telling you what you should do.
I'm here to help you become more fluent in the language of your body so you can listen, discern, adapt, and trust yourself.
Not because life suddenly stops being overwhelming.
But because you don't have to abandon yourself when it is.
I'D LOVE TO WALK ALONGSIDE YOU.
